Shipping cost

Our courier rate is R120 nationwide door-to-door courier service including outlying areas.

Pudo is R79 - you will collect from a locker 

Order fulfilment

Fulfilment of orders typically takes 1-2 working days depending on the nature and quantity of order. Some items may require a longer fulfillment period however in this case it will be clearly specified on the item you are purchasing.

Delivery times after dispatch

Main Centers in South Africa - Approx. 2-5 working days (public holidays and weekends excluded)

Outlying and remote areas - Approx. 3-7 working days

Receiving of tracking number

Once we have fulfilled your order, the tracking details will be updated on your order online and you will automatically receive a notification via email or sms with the tracking details and the link to track your order.

Local pickups

We offer a local pick up option that is available for free, collection point is Pietermaritzburg, dates and collection times will be communicated to you via sms should you opt for this option.
