Refund policy

This policy is for returns, exchanges or refunds pertaining to Bindi Books KZN

We have a strict no refund, return or exchange policy on any items due to health and hygiene reasons unless it falls under an exceptional case (see below).

A return or exchange is only possible under exceptional circumstances such as:

  1. Your item when received was defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  2. Your item appears to have a manufacturing fault.

In the event that you experience one these 2 instances, you are to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item, you will also be required to send pictures and provide all the necessary details to: bindibookskzn@gmail.com, we will then advise you whether your return/exchange is accepted and advise you on the process that will be followed, also note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to supply us with proof of purchase.

Should you wish to have a refund and not an exchange under the case of an exception mentioned above, We are able to offer you:

  1. A gift voucher to the same value of the item you purchased.
  2. A bank refund which will be done via EFT which can take up-to ,5-7 working days.

Bindi Books KZN reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any sign of wear or damage.
